Robert Half has partnered with a construction company in Centennial in search of a Full-Charge Bookkeeper! The Full-Charge Bookkeeper position is paying $65,000-$85,000!
The Full-Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for the following:
- Preparation of journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Research accounting discrepancies for compliance with GAAP.
- Assist in completion of month-end process including reconciliations and prepare financial reports for management.
- Conduct regular review of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Aging report.
- Perform tasks required at year-end as related to all accounting functions.
- Assist in revenue reporting and analyzing data.
- General Ledger activities coding transactions, preparing journal entries, etc.
- Conduct regular Balance Sheet account reconciliations.
- Conduct construction project job costing and analyze profit margin and fade.
Requirements for the Full-Charge Bookkeeper include:
- 2 years of accounting experience
- Construction experience
- Bachelor's Degree is nice to have, but not required
- Sage Intacct experience is nice to have, but not required
